Argos is known for their excellent customer care department. They are committed to resolving any and all problems that may arise from time to time. To that end they have developed a three step program in order to take care of complaints. This process starts with the contacting the regular customer care department and if the problem cannot be resolved it then proceeds to the CEO of the company, after that it would end at the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent body that arbitrates on complaints about general insurance products.

Pet Insurance from Argos offers comprehensive protection for cats and dogs to cover vet’s fees and a range of other expenses if your pet is ill, injured or lost.

Their Silver and Gold policies offer 12 month coverage. So if your pet becomes ill, they’ll be covered to the vets fee limit for up to 12 months – as long as you renew your policy at the end date. If your pet still needs treatment after the 12 months have passed, they will not be covered.

Their Platinum policies cover up to £7,000 of vet fees per year, so if your pet becomes ill, they’ll be covered up to that limit for each year they need the treatment – again subject to renewing your policy when it is due.
